Anna liked her evenings with Poppy and the tape/cd they listened to (what was it?!). Also making her Hama horse, and the pony beads with Merry.
Abbie liked her leggings that Tilda gave her, and sleeping in the attic.
Josiah’s report was that he didn’t actually get round to doing any skateboarding with Elijah, then we realised that we’ve left the skateboard behind. Ho hum! Nice to know that someone’s getting some use out of it though!
I enjoyed all of it! With the exception of the Little Polar Bear which we saw at the cinema as part of the Free Films for Schools week – it rates high on my ‘Top Ten Worst Films’ list. We stayed up far too late chatting but I don’t regret it that much – you only live once, eh? I really appreciate these friendships, I didn’t ever think that I’d make such good friends from an email list, but it’s been fab, superceded my expectations in lots of different ways. Lovely that the children also get on so well with one another – so, when are we doing it again?! Thanks again, Alison and Chris, hope you’ve got some free time at the weekend to recover!
