Oooh, we had such fun …

Arrived at Melrose by 3.30pm, and that was having dawdled up the A7, much to the annoyance of everyone behind me! Don’t quite know how I managed to make it from Exeter in such good time, because I really wasn’t driving that fast, but anyway, it was a good journey. With much help from Kath and Andrew we cooked chilli and rice the first night, and finally got settled in our big room sometime around midnight!
