for our dishwasher to break, it was today. Blasted thing!

O no. I do sympathise. Ours went on Easter Sunday- and flooded the kitchen. Apparently they just dont last very long. I paid £40 to find out it couldnt be fixed. The novelty of washing up is now beginning to wear off, especially as it is usually me doing it, (on top of everything else, grr). I was going to live without one but have been casually keeping an eye out for bargain dishwashers
