Weather was completely crap today but we still had an excellent day – my highlight had to be the zip wire ride – longest zip wire in Europe – Anna really wanted to go on it but wasn’t tall enough, so I did the honours.
Thought the whole place was utterly amazing, and the kids want to go back in the winter when the ice rink is there.
Anyway, I’m tired, it’s late, photos are on flickr

Poppy and Tilda loved that ‘Plant Takeaway’ show – we have a kit for making a paper theatre version of it somewhere, which they insisted I got but it’s pretty complicated – they might be ready for it now!

Photos are lovely. Zipe wire must be new this year. This is the first year since it’s opened that we haven’t gone, and I sort of regret it. Did you get the HE discount OK?

We didn’t think to ask for a HE’ers discount (duh!) and Titch wasn’t very keen (tired end of holiday strops)- but for £3 I might take Pip back without Titch one day.

Merry, you can go there next summer if we vacate our place for a bit. At the rate we’re going we’ll still only be 3 bed
