just another morning here

The main reason for the weekend away was an invitation to a joint housewarming/official home-edding party at the Petits Haricots’ house. For anyone who hasn’t a clue what official home-edding means, it’s referring to being the age at which full time education is compulsory by UK law - the term after a child’s 5th birthday.

Anyway, despite being official school-users ourselves we were thrilled to go and celebrate with their family and see their lovely house … as well as see lots of friends at the same time. We ‘camped’ in the van on their drive, and had another lazy morning on Sunday as well.
