Shortest school day ever

School rang me at 9am today to ask me to come and pick Abbie up, she’d fallen over in the playground as she was about to go in to school. She somehow managed to fall completely on her face (and won’t let me take a photo, unsurprisingly, it looks pretty bad) and has a nice big graze on her forehead, cheek, and a swollen lip as well. Oh, and a tiny graze on her knee. Poor thing, it is going to smart all day long I think.

Still, nothing a day of home education won’t cure ;)

    I had the full blow-by-blow when I collected the girls. Obviously the highlight of their day! Ro said she had her hands in her pockets.

    I hope she’s lots better and not too sore.

    (Riona) Abbie’s better now and is really happy at school now!
    Getting a bit lonely but knows who to go to me! Even in the middle of a game!
    Happy to come round any time!
