Home Education Campaign

Just linking to the Freedom for Children to Grow site. I notice that there is a South West consultation on Sunday – is anyone thinking of going? I’d be happy to drive a carful down if anyone wants to go – I would like to, even if half of it goes over my head! Oh. It says it’s by invitation only – what does one have to do to get an invitation, does anyone know?

    Well, I just made a tit of myself on the SW list!!
    I’ve just read through my invite again from EO, and it does say clearly that they hope home-edders from the south west will attend.
    So maybe if you contact EO and just ask?
    I dunno….

    Yeah, I have … they’re keeping me updated about whether non members are going to be allowed, so watch this space, I can definitely offer lifts if they let me go.

    I let my EO membership lapse ages ago – tbh I probably ought to rejoin again if they’re going to be doing this sort of thing in the current climate, but just haven’t done it yet.

    Right, apparently this particular one is an EO members only workshop – the only one that is members only – typical! So anyway I’m rejoining and I’m happy to offer lifts so shout if you want one – and let anyone else know?

    I’m hoping to go but I’ve got an EYS coffee morning to attend first. It’s Rubys first solo, so attendance is mandatory for me. If the car passes its MOT this week, I’ll see you there x
