If these walls could speak

Nope, it shouldn’t be allowed. My two favourite singers in the world ever should not be allowed to record the same song, because then I might be forced to choose between them and that would just be WRONG. Other than that little complaint, Ruby’s Torch is fabulous. I have booked tickets to see Nanci Griffith in concert this summer, with my most excellent and Nanci Griffith loving friend Ruth, and I am REALLY looking forward to it :D

In other news … there isn’t much, in fact I can’t even think what we’ve done. Wednesday was home ed group and music lessons, Thursday was Steve’s birthday, and today has been a combination of Crealy and getting the van ready to go away. Could comment more on all of that but I don’t think I can be bothered! The girls made it to the end of another half term of school, and we’re going camping in the morning, so we are manically trying to pack this evening. Feels like so much work to go camping, but I know it will be worth it when we get there – I’m even looking forward to the rain that’s forecast as it means we won’t feel we have to go out and do stuff, we can just laze around reading and watching DVDs :) I am going to allow myself one (or maybe two if Steve’s not watching ;) ) text-twitter every day … so if you want to know what we’re up to, sign up and find me there.
