I got the job!
Now I suppose I’d better line up for my tattoos and piercings!
The job isn’t much really, it’s supply cover for a local nursery. I’m quite pleased with it, as it will mean I am flexible yet still have some work occasionally. Not exactly sure how much it will work out to be, time will tell I suppose. At least it will kill some time while I wait for the Apple Store to get in touch with me! Thought if I was going to have to learn to live with compromise on my educational philisophy by having the children in school, I may as well go the whole hog and work in a childcare institution as well.
Almost as good as being a home education inspector, I’ll be keeping my eyes peeled for that job to come up!

Well done! Hope it all goes swimmingly.
Wondered if you’re thinking of redoing the blog soon as Twitter also have the bird picture and it throws me every time!

Congrats on the job. The SK tattoo sounds perfect.
Must admit, I don’t like this template:-
Don’t like the two columns of menus on the right, don’t like that the bullet points in your blogroll are in the comments box.

Congrats! Be warned, my Mum started doing nursery supply and is now a full time TA in Reception with special responsibility for AEN, it drags you in you know ;-D

Ah well done

I’m sure you’ll love it – where are you having your first piercing then?

Tim I don’t have the problem with bullet points in any browser I use, although the columns do overlap (by my design) if your screen is too small – what browser/screen size are you using?
Didn’t know twitter had the bluebird – the theme author apparently bought it from a shareware site of some kind. But I still like it and I can’t really be bothered to change it at the moment.

Oh well done, nice one! Good luck with it all

Yeah the bullet points have always annoyed me too. Firefox 2.
I don’t like the bird. Kind of think blogs should be about the content not have half the screen taken up with an image.
And well done on the ‘job’. Not that looking after kids is really work

All right all right I’ll change it. Later. Or perhaps tomorrow, or the next day. Or the day after that.

Hope they appreciate they are lucky to have you.

You’ll be great for the children, bet they love you
– I started working in preschools and ended up in schools… be warned

Congrats on the job Sarah.
I don’t understand why you’re letting yourself be railroaded into changing your blog though…
November 4th, 2007 at 8:56
well, y’know, it’ll give me something to do. Might get brave and upgrade wordpress myself for once as well…

congrats on job. I make it a priority of mine not to do anything a chris might of suggested [at least not until an amount of time has passed, so that it can be my idea!]

ROFL @ Helen! (Won’t mention Kessingland …
)
