just another morning here

The kids have been nagging me to go swimming all week and it’s finally got hot enough. The pool is apparently very cold, I’m still not sure I want to go in!

Have spent most of the day being tourists around Chartres, which was charming. Really enjoyed looking around the cathedral, and sitting around in the garden near it while the children played. Anna had decided to take drawing things with her to do some sketching so she and Steve spent a while doing some perspective drawings of the maze.

Right, off to swim now …
