1. Jessie’s song.
Josiah came home one day recently and said that a friend had sung it, and then it was in my brain for about a week after that. Makes me cry every time I watch it properly. (think I was hormonal?!)
2. Ford Econoline.
This one was Steve’s fault as he came home from work telling me that they’d had one in the workshop … so off I went on a trip down Nanci Griffith Memory Lane. Why Steve can’t join a country band instead of a boring old ‘aging men sing rock covers’ band I don’t know – I’d go
to all his gigs if he was drumming folk or country …
3. Gangnam Style!
I’m refusing to post a video for this one, but there is a small child in my class who rather likes it, and plays it on the iPad whenever he has a chance. I have yet to ascertain exactly how that song appeared in my iTunes library (someone else at school must have downloaded it because I certainly didn’t!). Either of the other two are preferable to this one!
LOL at Gangnam, think they have finally stopped playing it every week at rollerdisco. I always cry at Jessie’s song too.
Such a great collection of songs. I see classic songs to latest Gangnam. Pretty amazing.
