just another morning here

I highly recommend going away for Christmas. Each time we’ve done it I’ve really enjoyed it. I guess I wouldn’t want to do it every year otherwise it wouldn’t feel different, but this year it felt particularly relaxing. Click if you want to read the full version as I wrote it mainly while we were away (yes, it is that much of a habit) … be warned it is long, rambly, and fairly boring really!

Weather was completely crap today but we still had an excellent day – my highlight had to be the zip wire ride – longest zip wire in Europe – Anna really wanted to go on it but wasn’t tall enough, so I did the honours.

Thought the whole place was utterly amazing, and the kids want to go back in the winter when the ice rink is there.
